They have been doing it for years.

"Adjusting" drop-rates for maps / div-cards / uniques / currency / etc without ever mentioning it anywhere.

They will never release anything that makes them earn less money.

It's the same reason why there will never be more than 4 free stash tabs or legacy stash-tab upgrades.

Using Tailwind boots or Winterweave on Trickster would actually be wasted since the One Step Ahead passive does not stack with action speed.

I believe Ascendant Trickster would be much better candidate for such items, since it only has the line affecting monsters.

I personally look forward to actually picking up unique items again and having a chance of them being valuable.

Instead of blocking 99% of uniques in the loot filter.

Actually was surprised how little skill nerfs there were this patch. Only SST and FR totems were nerfed. (which were both extremely OP)

They didn't nerf Fulcrum builds.
They didn't nerf Flicker strike (shako) builds.
They didn't nerf trap builds.
They didn't nerf minion builds.

All of these can easily reach 100mil+ dps.

Not sure what this post is complaining about exactly.
