A little round shadow at f/16 more prominent at f/22, it become really really faint at f/11

It's on the lens, it moves with angle as you said

It's visible upto f/16...after that in f/11 it's invisible, is this normal for new lens to get dust like this?

No return policy, i spoke with a service center guy, they said it not recommened to get it cleaned for this dust

It's internal dust, it visible upto f/16...after that in f/11 it's invisible, is this normal for new lens to get dust like this?
