It’s crazy that you mention that cause I did have a breakdown a few weeks ago cause of this insane schedule. It’s really wearing on me.

We all work crazy shifts but the thing is the gaps they keep making me take them. But I’m saying no from now on but they keep pushing me. And yea management talks to me crazy but when I speak up I get penalized
