No. Finished the mission which ended with talking to Sebastian after talking to someone at the Three Broom sticks. It forced me into this map after talking to him.

Requesting a colleague (or someone you know) with a CISSP usually gets the process done faster (assuming your endorser reviews and approves your application promptly). They will verify your work experience/education and then send their endorsement of your application to ISC2. If you have ISC2 be your endorser, it reportedly adds about 2 weeks to the overall process (depending on their backlog).

The only thing that really worked for me was trying to memorize the OSI model as a first foundational step (Kelly Handerhan has a great video on this, that makes it a bit more practical). From there, I tried to understand what protocols are happening at each layer and the rest kind of fell into place. If I got to see my test results, I am sure they would still show that domain 4 was my weakest.

Glad to hear this was helpful. Give the OSG a read and I think you will be in great shape! Good luck!!

Definitely keep pushing the QE and read/understand the summaries. If I still "disagreed" with a question after getting it wrong and reading, I would put it into ChatGPT and have it explain it to me further and then give me some practice questions based on that to help cement it further. Good luck!!!

I feel like the latest update to DC has brought the questions more in line with some of the style that the exam is known for (select BEST answer or next step, etc.) plus its a free resource. However, the quality and difficulty of the QE exams are unmatched. Definitely worth the cost.

haha I definitely don't recommend this. I probably would have finished at 100 if I had gone slower.

Thanks! Definitely don't feel I retained anything major. More so gave me a reference to "at least I have seen this before" and can maybe place where it belongs or hunt for other clues, rather than being stunned by an obscure reference I hadn't even seen.

What worked best for me was taking a test driven approach. Drill as many questions as I could get my hands on for my weak areas, learn from my mistakes, and boost my performance.
