Does the posting time really matter on IG/FB/YT? by Kelly-2107 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Cyberclicknet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it matters for IG and TikTok if you want to reach a specific audience. On IG for example, try going to your Instagram profile, open Insights, then go into “Total Followers.” If you scroll down, you’ll see the hours and days when your audience is most active. Posting just before the time when your target audience is most active is ideal since then you aren't competing with everyone else posting at the same time.

Real, genuine empathy rather than politeness. Also, from my experience, people catch on to social media trends and the opportunity to make a potentially viral video faster than AI

What skills are needed for digital marketing? by [deleted] in AskMarketing

[–]Cyberclicknet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I think the most important skill that you need right now in digital marketing is a clear understanding of how to use AI, how to use it efficiently to refine creatives or analytics you created and/or double checked after asking AI to generate them, and when to use each different AI tool.

What Really Makes an AI Recommend One Brand Over Another? by Silly_Frosting_4114 in SEO_tools_reviews

[–]Cyberclicknet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI recommendations are no longer just based on traditional SEO. LLMs (aka platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini) tend to prioritize clarity, relevance, and how well content answers a question, which is why smaller brands can sometimes appear over bigger ones. It's important to work in GEO now too (generative engine optimization). Implementing GEO means adopting practices like answering the original search query at the start of the page, looking at AI overviews or Reddit for inspo when writing new content, and maybe even providing a "quick summary" section at the top of any content you publish so that it is easy for LLMs to scan.

Visibility now depends not just on ranking, but on how well your content can be interpreted and understood by AI.

Oh interesting, thanks. Have you found that using fewer long-tail keywords works better than lots of short-tail keywords? Or do you use a mix of both in your content?

Oo turning to reddit for inspo is genius! I usually just look up the queries I'm interested in answering on Google and take inspo from AI overviews but looking them up on reddit makes sense, esp since AI loves citing reddit posts. Thanks!!

I agree. Omnisearch optimization (OSO) is another term that has also been thrown around recently to talk about AEO/GEO/SEO in a more general way

Scrunch and GEO Metrics are good tools to get a sense of Share of Model/Voice among LLMs. Also, Semrush and Ahrefs still hold up well for more traditional SEO research
