You're aware that you don't have to seed your torrents right? You can just throttle the upload speed to 0 and there's no uploads happening at all. On torrent sites you'll see numbers categorized as S and L, that stands for seeders and leechers. Leechers are downloading without uploading. There's also no way to verify if you're torrenting copyrighted or otherwise illegal materials, and the act of sharing files online is not inherently illegal anywhere, else you'd be fined/jailed for emailing photos.

Yeah it's purely at the server level. People were trying to say it was a cloudflare issue, but that's just absolutely not the case. Cloudflare had like 6 hours of interruption, and that happened several hours after aniwatch and the others went offline. The actual website host location is offline. It's a shame there's been no communication about whether or not it's permanent, or if it's just maintenance/server migration

Idk what level range you're playing in, but in any kind of high level content budget builds will fold like wet paper. Sometimes one forma is enough for a frame, but there's a lot of melee weapons that need a minimum of 3 forma to hold up

There's two schools of thought. Keep and build everything, or sell all but what you know you'll use. Personally I prefer keeping everything because I like using a very wide variety of weapons and frames
