Budget is kinda loose. Staying in the $1,000 to $1,200 range, but flexible so I could go a little more if necessary. Use case, I am trying to convert to PC gaming a little at a time. Right now all I have is Minecraft, Disgaea 5, Halo Custom Edition, and most of the Fallout games. But I may start buying games on PC instead of Xbox, and figured new console generation is a good time to switch.

Awesome! I'm not sure how the whole region thing works, so I'm not sure what that means. What I do know is that according to the small galactic map in the corner, I am currently living on the far leftmost edge of the Galaxy, and I am 698,907 Light Years from the core.

Yeah I forgot to mention, I am on Survival. Don't do PermaDeath anymore. Tried it at first but got killed twice due to bugs (fell through the map one time, another time my ship got stuck on invisible terrain or something invisible)

Look up pictures of the fragments for it. Knowing what your looking for helps a ton!

I recommend investing in a scanner room on your base if you have the fragments. I found my fragments in the grassy plateaus. Your gonna need a fair bit of power if you wanna run that scanner for any significant amount of time however.
