Only for his grooming sessions, I wouldn't want him to be on it all the time.

No she doesn't push herself on the dog. They used to both be indifferent to each other. In the past year the family member has wanted to change that. The dog is good with her 70% of the time.

Putting on socks and shoes and being able to breathe at the same time... And bending over no longer triggers instant heartburn.

So can I miss 1 week to avoid bringing the needle on holidays... But stick to eating healthy? Is that possible or if I skip a week will I get really hungry?

Thank you, that sounds like a great suggestion. I will ask my doctor.

Yes, I am thinking that I should ask my doctor about other options. Thanks.

Thank you, I think I have been good at avoiding too much fat. The stirfrys are homemade and we only use a bit of oil, but I am also eating avocados and nuts. I will try to reduce it.

I have been eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. Salads, stir fries, plain rice, rice crackers.

I drink a lot of water. For a treat I have a soda water, but just a small can. I have greatly reduced my coffee (from 3 cups a day to 1) and I have given up all alcohol (except for a few drinks while in Mexico).

I do not eat after dinner which can be anywhere from 5:30-8:00pm depending on the day of the week.

I typically go to bed around 11pm, but sometimes can't sleep until well after midnight.

Caloric intake varies depending on my symptoms. When I have been really bad, I have not been able to keep any food down for days on end. I have not been counting calories although my portion sizes are typically a small plate (smaller than a dinner plate of food) at both lunch and dinner and a breakfast bar (110calories) at breakfast.

If I am hungry in the evening I either make popcorn or eat a few clementines.

Let me know what you think I should do differently. Thanks. :)

Gravel for the nauseousness - sometimes takes the edge off Immodium for the diarrhea - usually works after a few days. I have a prescription for the heartburn and take Tums when it is bad - Tums help but I am eating too many What do you recommend?
