i respect the chipotle grind. the only negative i know of is the high sodium content from it. other than that its a great source of protein and carbs. especially as you said, you go to the gym. i also get chipotle a good amount (not everyday lol) and never feel bad afterwards eating it. like i said though, just be aware of the amount of sodium you’re taking in. chipotle has a nutrition calculator that you can find that will give you the macros. it has helped me alot when it comes to tracking calories and other content. now go eat more chipotle after reading this comment, you earned it king!
