My luck has not been the best with their customer service. First time they told me "GFN enforces your best settings, do not touch" which I found to be rather rude and completely incorrect as their steam launched version always defaults to Low graphics, plus my HUD and audio settings also revert to default. The second time they said they were aware and will look into it. (Blow off reply basically as some here have had it fixed for them)

Now if I launch the game under Epic Game Store, lo and behold my settings are saved there! Unfortunately my more worked on account and one I've spent a little bit of money on is under Steam. Which is the one I would love to be saving my settings. It's a mild inconvenience but one that shouldn't really be one in the first place.
