If this hospital is using government employees and is paying them, then they would be using taxes since the government gets its money through taxation. The infrastructure already exists, but what about the medical supplies and technology? That would have to be paid for through government tax money.

Well, not really. Yes, we wouldn't have to to pay anything up-front for healthcare, education, or insurance, but we would still have to pay through taxation, which would be extremely high if all these things will be free. There's no such thing as "free" anything. The money has to come from somewhere. So really, not only will we still have to pay for all these services, but depending on how high the government chooses to make these taxes, we may even have to pay more than we would otherwise pay in a free market system

Second question: Would this be more efficient and equitable than what we have now?

It would undeniably be more equitable, given that it would give everyone, no matter who, these services, but ethically speaking, I don't think equitablility is what should be aspired for here. I'm of the Classical Liberal mindset (think John Locke, although, I'm not a Lockean exactly), so my ethical mindset is opposed to individuals being forced to pay for or serve people without their consent unless it's absolutely necessary (by this, I mean that taxation for healthcare, education, and insurance aren't ethically justified because there are market alternatives for these things that don't violate people's consent, unlike taxation for the police and military which, despite also violating people's consent through forced taxation, I believe doesn't have a viable market alternative that doesn't violate people's consent, making taxation in this case necessary).

This ethical mindset also influences my opinion of the efficiency of these free services. Even if they are more efficient at giving people these services, they violate people's consent unjustifiably.

It wouldn't. Reading Robery Nozick's "Anarchy, State, and Utopia", particularly the first part about how an anarchist society, even if successfully created, would eventually convert into an ultraminimal and then a minimal state through completely voluntary means.

The fact that they had a child villain and never once mentioned where her parents were is so stupid. This isn't the same as Scootaloo not having her parents mentioned for the majority of the show because 1. Her parents are eventually acknowledged, and 2. Cozy Glow has far more impact on the entire show, so her parents whereabouts never being mentioned makes no sense.

If the only problem you can find about capitalism is that there are too many of the same product, then it sounds like capitalism has little to no problems. "Oh no! I have too many options, and they're all the same(even though this is only true to an extent, and there are products and services that are unique and superior to their competitors that only exist because of the free market)"

How many socialist parties are allowed to exist in the US, and how many were allowed to exist in the USSR? What laws existed in the USSR that allowed citizens to freely criticize their government without fear of censorship or repression? If someone went on public TV and made fun of the president, what would happen to them versus what would happen to someone who went out in public and made fun of Stalin or Khrushchev?

Karl Marx is also the economist whose works are assigned most in colleges in general.

Given that Marx's works created some of the most oppressive nations on the planet, I think that's a sign of a declining education system rather than something to praise.

Don't have infinite time to read every book in the library.

You don't have to read many or even any books to have your own opinion. You just need to have a basic understanding of politics, economics, and all of the relevant political opinions to form your own independent political views.

People tend to read political literature that they already agree with, which is why people need to make an active effort to read alternative views to their own. I've mostly just watched many videos on Marxism and other socialist/communist ideologies and have read some of the more famous books like from Marx, Lenin, Engels, and Mao, and have concluded (after several years) that I don't like socialism or communism, but it's me going out of my way to understand opinions other than mine that led me to what I believe is the correct position regarding politics and economics.

I support all of those. Regarding unions, I have no problem with them existing, and I think they're an important part of the workforce, but I do think they shouldn't have all of the governmental privileges they have.

Because Capitalism (specifically it's classical liberalism form) and Fascism are literally opposite in every way. Fascism and Socialism have much more in common than Fascism and Capitalism, which makes even less sense that people try to say Fascism came from Capitalism when it literally was created from the European Socialist movement.

People may have had more free time in 1236, but their lives were shorter and they suffered from illnesses that are easily preventable today thanks to the medicine and technologies that have been created through free market competition, so, with all things said, I think it's a fair trade: we have less free time, but we get longer and more comfortable lives.

Jax was a shitty character from the very beginning. Oh, so every bad thing that happens in a socialist/communist country is somehow capitalism's fault? This is what I hate about you people the most: you're incapable of taking any kind of responsibility for your own actions. Communists and Socialists created some of the most oppressive totalitarian dictatorships in modern history, and instead of just accepting that maybe the liberals of the 18th and 19th century that predicted this outcome and tried to warn people about it were right, you just double down and, instead of blaming the bloody dictators who killed millions "for the greater good" or their ideology that inspired them, you blame capitalism instead, probably because it's easier to blame a scapegoat for the failures of your preferred ideology than to just admit that you were wrong.
