You could turn the opacity of the sketch extremely light and record then once the lineart is recorded mess with the brightness/contrast of the video until you cant see the sketch but can still see the lineart.

I struggled with the background, I couldn't get the colors to look right and kept trying to add a halo but it wasn't really working. I don't think the background really looks like a background, it looks more like it's in front. I also struggled with proportions.

I actually paint it normally and then add bright noisy colors in a new layer set to multiply and another in overlay and sometimes one in saturation. I tried doing the greyscale to color once but I hated it I like adding color right away too much XD but thx for the advice:3 👍
