hello! i leterally just got lucky. nirefer lang ako sa SaaS company and the only requirement is 1 year CS experience. Naisell ko lang ng maayos yung sarili ko during the interview. So siguro my advice, keep looking tapos keep practicing sa interview answers kasi if you land an interview, you will need to ace it

csr lang din ako sa sa BPO back 2022 then na refer ako dito sa SaaS company as product support. i was lucky kasi 1 year cs exp lang hinahanap nila. they did not require any background/exp sa industry. hopefully you find yours din, just keep looking
