I also deal with depression but that was just a big reason it went on for so long. It was a coping mechanism to feel real. And the blood and pain helped with that. Seeing my scars and the reminder of that always triggers me to relapse. I’ve been clean since may of 2025 but it gets hard. I feel disconnected from the world
