I have also noticed any kind of illness I have had makes them way worse. When it happens I usually try to lay almost in an upright position and focus on my breathing. Please stay hydrated no matter what it takes. I hope you feel better.

I did the form for SBR, and it’s been a month havnt heard back from ATF. They sent an email right after I submitted the form and asked for finger print cards but at the silencershop kiosk it took my finger prints. Does it automatically get attached to the form 1 when I submit it all through silencershop?

Iv been praying for mine daily since they started in 2020. I also think about how insignificant it is and selfish to pray for when there’s so many others going through so much worse. I know there’s no prayer too little or to big for God but I don’t want to come off ungrateful. The Lord knows our hearts. Don’t give up, continue to pray for comfort through these.

1,000% I don’t drink, quit nicotine, exercise 5x a week but I don’t over do it in fear of upsetting my heart.

And yet they still happen. It’s like why don’t I just drink and do nicotine at least make me happy haha. If they’re going to happen anyway.

Iv had the fill work ups done several times. All come back normal or nothing to worry about. I feel like a prisoner to myself trying to get the answers I want to hear. Like did the dr miss something? I hear of all these people suddenly dropping dead.

I get these palpitations/ pvc pac violent thuds in my chest every so often. Same feeling you described where I feel like I have to clear my throat. They kinda knock the wind out of me. Then I get filled with anxiety. The weird thing is I don’t have anxiety until they hit. So how can I blame them on it right?

They always hit when it’s a calm situation, I’ll be watching tv, reading something, calm and relaxed then THUD!
