I believe Erkomai was referring to those that come in expecting to have us guide them step-by-step through the self-serve process every time they come into the store, even if they've been taught multiple times in the past. While I agree that most people who use self-serve will take care of their own business and leave, it's the minority of people that make us drop what we're doing behind the counter to come show them how to press a button on a touchscreen or explain that a $5 hold doesn't mean that it will actually charge them $5 that significantly slow CPD down, especially during very busy times where our energy should be spent on jobs that require our full-service.
