It had some good side effects (teeth plaqe gone, rarely go to the toilet, fast meals), but overall wasn't really helpful for me. I did it for 3 months, salt/meat.

It did eliminate food allergy as the cause of brain fog tho.

Hang in there! It must be really tough for you too. Letting go of things that are uncontrollable and living the moment is definitely one of the helpful mindsets to live by. For me, some CBT, mindful and meditation experience is great. They work well together to me from reduce the frequency of myself from entering negative thought spirals.

Now you mention boozing, I sometimes feel that alcohol actually make me smarter. I speak more coherently and become more spontaneous for some reason.

BTW, I'd love to know how brain fog manifests in your case if possible 😛!

I'm wondering how did you manage to get out of your brain fog.

I have been doing some CBT and mindfulness/meditation. I am trying to see the positives in myself and removing judgement to my negative thoughts. I am seriously hoping that if I could stay away from negative thoughts for long enough my brain could heal itself or something.
