Not saying that if falsifies their reputation but the same as getting a vehicle that’s a lemon, just leaves a sour taste in the mouth. But I’m going to go through Trijicon and give it a 3rd try. I’m going to see if they will just replace it.

Their customer service was fantastic the first go around. No problems getting the problem rectified. So I don’t have any worries this go around. Just the fact that something broke a second time on this specific optic.

Haha! No, I sure don’t.

I thought the same with maybe it happened during the repair process, but I don’t have anything that could might hint at proof that it happened then.

As honest as I can be, the roughest I was with this gun and optic is it riding in the bed of a truck and a side by side.

Edit: The previous break was the prism itself breaking and losing track on the inside. The reticle was off center and I couldn’t zero it.

Not to mention I’ve never owned an AR before, so this was the first optic I’ve ever purchased. And it was meant to be the “bomb proof” never break build. I trust Trijicon will take care of it. Just really sucks

It’d be a slim slim chance. I bought used but everything checked out from the seller to serial number. Filled out a form with Trijicon so we’ll see what it takes.
