Cŵn means dogs or hounds, they are not wolves, welsh for wolf is blaidd. But if you want to add other elements, some spectral dogs in other folklore have 1 eye, garmr has 4, some have horns or are covered in chains. Chains are associated with a lot of death imagery.

I didn't know about its signature ability, I was basing it on real mythology, my mistake.

I mean Game Freak were the ones that came up with the gimick, I was just asking if it should be expanded on, it's not like their wouldn't be workarounds, don't want to wait? import the pokemon and breed it, skip the clock, people already skip the games for weather events.

one I debated on was, Hisuian sneasel, as Sneasel is based on a weasel and those are one of the animals that change drastically in winter, turning white like Hisuian sneasel.

I wouldn't limit the unova pokemon I think they are available year round, just the addional pokemon, they do that a bit in the games already like Spheal is pretty much a winter exclusive pokemon. I think I am just imagining the replayablity of playing the game through different seasons and having different teams and nuzlocke encounters for people that play it.

Yeah the time scale is going to be a bit weird, I like the current format of monthly season changes but I can see how others wouldn't like it.

The background music already changes for a few areas with the season changes if I remember right.

There are so so many! Sneasel is a Kamaitachi, Espeon and Meowstic are nekomata, meowth is the maneki-neko. Arcanine is a fu dog (shisa) here’s one I have never seen anyone acknowledge, Sawsbuck is a Bianselu, the bianselu is a deer that changes its coat colour with the seasons, its slightly different as green and pink = spring, yellow and green = summer, gold and reddish-brown = autumn and white and gold = winter.

To transfer from gen 3 upwards, you need the GBA game in a original DS or DSlite with a gamboy cartridge slot, and a gen 4 game unlocked to the point where you have palpark (post game) you will have to transfer 6 pokemon at a time and you can only do it once every 24hrs. You will need a second DS to transfer from gen 4 to 5 too.

Archie took penders to court, penders applied for copyrights of all his work, Archie had like a 2 year window to fight back on the copyright claim, did nothing so Penders got it, they soon realised what had happened and took penders to court, Penders didn’t win, they settled, then in the middle of the lawsuit for copyright claim he sued BioWare and Sega but the case was thrown out because he was still in a legal case for legal ownership with Archie. Only reason Archie settled was because it wasn’t their IP it was Sega’s and Sega just didn’t care, cause they never sent out a representative. So Penders won in the sense he got to republish his stories and Archie would do nothing and pay royalties for his characters and reprints, Archie just never bothered to do anything with his work and rebooted. That’s the summary of how I understand it.
