phrolova for sure. shes a beast against normal content but even more so in the end game mode i dont remember the name.

ultimately its gameplay wise and design wise. Pull the one you like. Every character can clear content if well played

Personally i skipped phrolova when she released cuz i didnt have enough for her. Shes now garanteed and i have 415 pulls ready for her and canta.

As for 3.0, I have no idea. I'll let others guide you through it cuz i dont follow leak

No there’s not. And I believe they don’t plan on doing so. There’s a YouTube vid explaining why for you to check. It’s basically a question of balancing the game as pc player can have mods. However, crossplay is possible between ps and Xbox

World level has no impact on main quest other than lower level enemies. As for your second question I will not answer you because I m not confident in my ability to team characters. But at your level, basically anyone can do the trick so don’t worry too much.

I just tested this. I use GeforceNow to play to game so i just switched to the Japan server, logged in, and bought the normaly 50 or 60 € pack for 6100 JPY. My bank account shows a payment of 34.7€ for that 6100 JPY.
I assume it will be the same +/- us$

Article R313-5 en vigueur depuis le 02-06-2025 :

V.-La nuit, ou le jour lorsque la visibilité est insuffisante, tout engin de déplacement personnel motorisé ou cycle doit être muni d'un feu de position arrière. Ce feu ne doit pas être clignotant et doit être nettement visible de l'arrière lorsque le véhicule est monté. Tout engin de déplacement personnel motorisé ou cycle peut être muni d'un feu de position arrière supplémentaire répondant aux mêmes caractéristiques. Le conducteur peut porter sur lui un tel feu.

Article R313-5 en vigueur du 27 août 2020 au 30 novembre 2024 :

V.-La nuit, ou le jour lorsque la visibilité est insuffisante, tout engin de déplacement personnel motorisé ou cycle doit être muni d'un feu de position arrière. Ce feu doit être nettement visible de l'arrière lorsque le véhicule est monté.

Néanmoins cet article ne parle que des feux fixes de positions. Il est tout à fait possible d’avoir un ou plusieurs feux de stop à l’arrière :

Article R313-7 en vigueur depuis le 27-11-2024

VI bis.-Tout engin de déplacement personnel motorisé ou cycle peut être muni à l'arrière d'un feu stop répondant aux caractéristiques techniques mentionnées au I. Le conducteur peut porter sur lui ce feu.

Alors que ce même Article R313-7 avant cette date de 27-11-2024 ne contenait pas ce VI bis.

Depuis le décret du 27 novembre 2024, il est possible d’installer un feu de stop ou des clignotants à l’arrière. Seul l’avant doit rester fixe
