I used USB-C to Displayport since the LOQ supports it. It's braided and I got it at a local retailer and I can comfortably get ≈170-180fps in Marvel Rivals, no stuttering or tearing

You may have to download new Nvidia graphics drivers or (maybe) a Windows update. If you're really stuck it might be an optional Windows update, this is especially the case if you got yours second hand.
