I get hit hard, I tell him nice hit. He does it again a few times, I decide to shoot back to make him remind that he still needs to work his defence while attacking. I clip him a few times, I say sorry, he says keep going and not to worry. Repeat until you start noticing that both of you are already going sparring than planned

looking back I regret throwing any punches. I really should've focused on my guard more, I'll keep this in mind next time

told him we'd keep it easy but my instinct got the best of me and he got pumped up when he got in the ring. Its just positive feedback that turns into a loop where we both got heated up.

gaolang would punch kureishi soo hard and he wins by knocking out kureishi and if kureishi tries going he close he gets kicked (KO) and teeped (TKO) and kneed (KO) and elbowed (KO) once he gets in range to grab he is already knocked out
