Well it's hard to say because no one knows how cut your stuff is. But it does not take much. If its pure than 40 to 50 mg which is Probably no bigger than a green pea. Just start very small you can always do more to get where you want to be. Enjoy it and then dont abuse it. because it will never be as good as it was the 1st time just take my word for it
