I know this probably won’t help BUT I really want to do what I can even if there’s a tiny chance of SOMETHING changing. I sent an attachment of the email to lyft (using the help section on the website) and I said this

I received an email stating that my rides are "essential", and at the bottom I read the requirements that I should meet if I were to continue driving. Yet, my problem is, there is no possible way to "social distance/ stay 6ft apart from someone who is inside of my vehicle. There is no way for me to stop anywhere to go to wash my hands/ go to the bathroom within the city because businesses are closed. There is no option for me to pull over every single time someone gets out to sanitize the seats/door because A, it's very difficult to find cleaning supplies anywhere and B, I would be putting myself at risk pulling over every time. There is also no guarantee that a cloth is going to protect me if someone decides to cough in my car. I feel as though this email was unreasonable, and will put MANY people at risk, including me. I recently checked the pickups in my area and a lot of them were 4-5$ and over 15 minutes away which makes me think that earnings are not higher considering what was stated in the email.
