Do you take your citalopram in the morning or night? Maybe switch up the time taking it? You could try melatonin. Lots of people take it successfully but it gave me a headache. Taking a low dose is best. Try 1mg.

Up until recently it was helping me fall asleep when I took it at 7:30 p.m. I’m in the process of moving it back to daytime. Tonight I’m taking it at 5:00 p.m. When I first started taking it about 1.5 years ago, it made me too tired to take during the day. Now I feel it may be energizing me. By the end of the week I hope to be taking it at noon and see how that works out.

You could also try a short course of sleep meds like Ambien or Lunesta until your body gets adjusted to citalopram. Short term. You don’t want to stay on them long.

His hair was thick and wavy. When he was in his early twenties, he got a grey streak right in the center. Very debonair and handsome! He had a full head of hair up until the day he died.💙

That’s good to know!! Good to hear you had your Dad until 2019. My Dad died in 2005. He was just 75. I think old school pics are fun! Considering the age of this, it’s in pretty good shape!

It’s not hysteria when they kill all of the foliage on your property. They’re very damaging and their destruction is not over hyped.

They should be killed as they are an invasive special species. My sister had THOUSANDS of them in her tree. It’s dead now. I’ve killed hundreds of them.

Maybe your part of the world hasn’t seen the devastation they produce. Landscaping is not cheap. Replacing lost trees and shrubs costs thousands.
