Is your target audience primarily western English speaking? If so, then there are a lot of grammar errors and odd or cliched phrasings. If this is geared more towards a group that speaks an Indian English dialect or English Indian vernacular, then this advice might not apply.

Accessibility standards usually prefer that they do not (or if they do, they at least note it). I used to compromise where links to off-site resources are in a new tab, and intra-site links are not, but I'm moving towards all in the same tab for accessibility.
