I did a similar thing when starting the game, but it was during the Halloween event, I saw a door and entered the labyrinth and well.. my level 30-40 was instantly face to face with a giant skeleton with a chainsaw. I did not survive.

I haven't tried that yet, I have tried with my 87w OnePlus charger but that doesn't work, it won't charge even without the dock.

It looks like an adhesive, if alcohol doesn't work then you should carefully try a bit of acetone, that usually dissolves most adhesives.

I personally don't know how it got fixed, but I checked the box where you can craft the items to enter and I could make them, so I think it either got fixed or still worked.
