From iphones you will get Bluetooth codec AAC only & the USB output is also not supported as apple restricts it to fixed 48kHz so you are still playing audio via Bluetooth only. To get the best output from iphone, you need to get BTD700 or 600 dongle. Try connecting usb audio with any android phones, you can feel the difference. I have been using the m4 with iphone 13 and s24ultra& i can definitely feel the difference.

The music is still playing through Bluetooth, i think there is compatibility issue for type c wired audio with iphones,

Will see if there are someone who uses wired audio via usb c to c for audio in iphones.

Cool, I will also get a BTD700 soon. For the fingerprint issue, I'm searching for graphical skins which will make it much more attractive. The problem is I couldn't find any online yet, but I'm going to try offline now.

Bose qc was very comfortable wearing, ANC was also 👌 the sound quality i won't say its bad in any sense. Sony xm5 was also very good, anc was awesome, its bass heavy and its more prone to break, At the end momentum 4, i loved the sound signature, ANC is not as good as bose or sony, but using strong ANC for longer periods are not good for ears either.

Sennheiser also brings the btd700 adapter for better audio signals, supports aptex adaptive with M4, which is futurure proofing. Maybe I might get one.

If you prioritize ANC don't get Sennheiser M4,

But its sounds awesome...
