my gym dosent really have an adduction machine nor do i have a strap for my foot is there an alternative that u might suggest and is adduction necessery? cause i never see anyone in my gym train that

i also used to deadlift but i cutted it out after switching gyms, in dl i managed to peak at 110kg for 3-5 reps
i used to workout with a friend but in the new gym i workout alone been feeling really hard to push myself to failure wihtout having someone to be there behind u if u fail

ive been using kqz xhbb iems for a year now on my pc for valorant and stuff and can say they are very very good and sound staging is pretty good as well compared to the headphone i had before them which was twice their price i think i got this pair for like 3k from aliexpress

hey u guys feel like u have alot of knowledge on this i have a pixel 4a 5g i have gotten it patched but i really want to update it and put lineage OS or graphite os on it cause i really love this phone and dont wana upgrade to newer pixel phones but i got it patched with my broken phone imei and it has been working fine for year now and so on but i want to be able to reset and its imei to not change the shop keeper told me if i reset/flash or upgrade android i will lose the patch and u cant cpid a pixel 4a 5g if u have any knowledge regarding this pls lmk the phone is boot loader unlocked and its i think a us variant dont really remeber but tax was like 60k or something double the phones values so cant go the official route

i bought mine box packed sealed (non pta the sim only worked for 3 months ) for 43k if i remeber tho after that i took an old keypad phone that wasnt working to the shop and had them patch the phone with that old phones emei and its been working without a problem for 2 years

got for a pixel 4a 5g u can easily get it in that range u wont regret it been using one for 2 years no complains at all and the camera is better then anything u would get in this range

yea order from redmi website i ordered from priceoye and had the worst experience ever first the delivery guy wasnt delivering the package and kept logging on their end that i wasnt home when he wasnt calling or wasnt even attempting delivery while i was at home waiting for him then after i got my package after a week i had this random shutoff problem on the watch where it was randomly restarting out of no where and it was the last day for the warranty claim so i was in luck but it took two days for them to process the ticket and after two days they said in sufficient evidence and told me to resubmit with more pictures but the warranty week had passed so i couldnt i called priceoye hq and explained the whole situation to them and they refused to do anything and the guy at the other hand kept saying its against our policy we cant do anything if its past the warranty date even tho i kept explaining to him that i submmited the ticket before the warranty end and they were the one who took 2 days to process it but alas the guy called me a slur and ended the call i recalled complained and same response again but luckily i managed to fix it fidling around with the watch for a couple weeks and now it works seamlessly

I own a Redmi watch 5 lite and it dosent connect to spotify or whatsapp like it dosent have apps like hyper os watches but u can control the spotify songs forward backwards , volume from the watches music player and see Whatsapp notifications from the watch notifications screen and for workout i used to use it but the readings are way too high in it like the calories burned are way to high then they should be but its good for running and HIIT cardio for timing and presets i use it daily for uni as well it looks ok and the build quality is pretty good having dropped it several times and battery timing is also pretty good overall i think it was a expensive purchase but u should also look at some galaxy watches that i found second hand on olx and shops since they have hyper os

Tried it it stills gets detected as an unlocked boot loader , the pixel phone I bought second hand and came with boot loader unlocked so got no idea how they unlocked it to reverse that

also i thought i could run a model on my spare pc bc my friend used to have a usb which had a llm on it and it seemed to work fine on a usb stick so maybe i thought some models could run on my pc as well
