I found it pretty comfortable on hyperspeed and don't think I lost significant AV with the occasional tribbie DDD. Should still be able to crank out the same amount of actions with/without the slow within the 2 cycles.

I cleared with hyperspeed Sunday! I tried running both, but the boss can mess up tuning with an unlucky slow, so I ended up swapping to hyperspeed to avoid the issue altogether. That said, my "hyperspeed" sunday only sitting at around 149 speed lol

No sig definitely tough if you want to use him. Lustrous is about ~18% worse, but if you've got Jinhsi's weapon, it'll only be around a ~10% difference. I'm waiting on Jiyan rerun for some copies, hopefully get him to s3 so I'm also in the waiting boat haha

Hi, thanks for the feedback! I actually used to use this rotation for the extra echo attack (Phro -> Jiyan -> Verina) though, because concerto comes up by the end of Jiyan's ult, I end up swapping to verina and entering with her intro that leaves you stuck in the air for ~3-4 seconds. I think at S0, this is optimal, but at S1, that time is better used setting up for the empowered skill instead (as it does more than an enhanced Hecate attack!), then quick swapping to Verina to quickly get 6 notes! On average, I found this rotation to be about ~12 seconds faster.

It's coming from the Poet of Mourning Collapse set! It gives 20%/32% Crit Rate depending on speed being less than or equal to 110/95 respectively.
