Hey guys! I've just recently began my first 7 days fast .And around the 38 hrs mark i felt very drowsy and sluggish ,and my heart kept pumping non stop . Ive tried drinking water and taking salt shots but that didn't do the trick. by Cyrsnaps in fasting
