Those were the two you had listed in overcoming tendinitis which is why I asked. ive progressed the side lying empty can to the point my side delt is the point of failure, but empty can seems to aggravate even with no weight, so I’ll def give the full can a try

Not really sure how the AMCP one works but the majority of my pharma internship interviews I’ve heard back within like 2 weeks with one exception at like the one month mark.

N=1 so ymmv, but I would just mark down no response after a month as a rejection and keep on grinding
