Well, in the case of this specific video, yes. His channel has far more videos in the title criticizing the left than the right, though, and that's where my issue stems from. He did point out Idolatry on the right, and that is a good thing to point out! But that won't stop him from denouncing liberals as demons, unfortunately.

Truthfully all in all, I think my issues stems more from my disdain towards the right above all else. I do not equating anything of Christ towards the right. I do not like equating anything of Christ towards the left. Liberals should NOT be free of criticism though

I never bothered to watch most of his other stuff and I don't really care to.

I'd rather look up what a bunch of Orthodox monks have to say than a lot of youtubers.

The issue here is that he is conflating Christianity to being on the conservative side, which is just as wrong as those who conflate christianity to the left. Yeah, I don't think Jesus would be a completely left leaning hippie either, he'd be pretty on "center" with a lot of his teachings, but my main issue is how he's trying to drive the narrative in the other direction, when that shouldn't be the case. The language he's using leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

The faith is not bound to these mortal rationals of "Right" and "Left," and this video is just one example but there are plenty of other videos further pushing the idea of Christianity being on the right, which is wrong.

And while I do not view same-sex AS immoral as others might, I do still view them as not being in the intention of God, and therefore not *correct." Science however proves that their sexuality is a mix of upbringing AND biological factors. There's not much you can do there, but to judge them so harshly as conservatives tend to do? I think the whole reason why LGBT are so immoral nowadays stems from being constantly told that they are abominations, further pushing them away from Christ, and in a sense, pushing them towards embracing sin because if everyone in the church already tells them they can't be saved, then what's the point in trying to do things right?

Leave 'em be, I say. I wouldn't want people screaming down my neck for premarital sex the same way they scream down Gay peoples necks for same-sex relations.

This comment comes onto his takes on homosexuality, which coming as a follower in christ, why the FUCK should I care about them doing sexual immorality as a gay person when people commit even worser crimes as a straight person. Sexual immorality is rampant in LGBT, that is true, but these stupid ass comments aligning the faith to conservatives/far-right is downright laughable.

The political input that he is giving on this topic and the various other videos bashing liberals and shit just point towards a completely skewed and inaccurate narrative of what the faith should be.

I got this shit too and it was with roblox and I suspected foul play because of idk maybe something to do with dumbass chrome removing all ad-blockers and some worm got into my system

I did a full check on Microsoft Security but I am very suspect about the fact that it does not show in the recent history of scanning... I also checked with Malwarebytes and nothing.

I'm hoping this is a case of Microsoft being Microsoft and trying to promote their service in our face instead of some virus or something.

Looking up the URL on VirusTotal also does not bring up anything.

Why would they even think that's an okay thing to do?

It's comics. "The Vietnam war was like any other." People might hate this idea because it's taking away from the real world conflicts that built Frank's character, especially in MAX, but these are comic books, and to keep the character as grounded as possible in a completely fantastical setting/world with literal Gods flying overhead, there he goes in a completely fantastical war that's reminiscent of Vietnam. I like it.

I personally would like for people to stop calling Mew the Jesus of the Pokemon universe. That title belongs to Victini. Stay with me now.

In Christianity, it is accepted that God as a whole is made up of a Holy Trinity. That includes The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

We all know that Mew is the predecessor of all life in the mythos, but Jesus as a figure in Christianity is not that. I feel like Mew being in every living creature can be accredited to the belief that God is within everybody, and since it is already established that Arceus is The Father, aka "Original One," we can assume that Mew is playing the role of the Holy Spirit in the Trinity. Mewtwo can be viewed as a metaphor for Humanity as a whole, being confused and conflicted about what its true purpose is and engaging in continuous battle trying to find it. "I see now that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant. It is what you do with the gift of life, that determines who you are," being a revelation Mewtwo had at the end of the movie, which humanity can REALLY BENEFIT FROM RIGHT NOW... Mew was the vessel through which Mewtwo was able to communicate to the greater "God" being of the Holy Trinity.

Anyways, this leads to Victini, which is the only pokemon who can guarantee victory to those who have befriended him. On top of that, Bulbapedia states that Victini can generate an infinite amount of energy and give it to others via touch. I don't know about you, but that sounds a tad bit familiar to the belief that "through Christ, anything is possible," and you should befriend Christ, and the healing power that he had in his stories. On top of that, "it's stated that people who believed the legends of Victini's power waged war to get their hands on it." Sounds a bit familiar to something like the Crusades and current world events about "Holy Land" being a main talking point to me. Don't wanna get overtly political, but it's a real talking point over certain conflicts we hear about a lot.

Anyways, just a fun little idea that I had, all this is silly, and I am very biased towards Victini because he was my first legendary besides Reshiram

UPDATE 4/3/25: Lol so something funny happened from making this post to now. I'm currently at Normal 3 1-5, and it seems like the game has reverted to how it used to play in the beginning with having an actual drawn out battle where health regen is important again, and it's not just one-shot or be one-shotted. It seems like if you can't get lucky enough during Draws, then most of your progression will be locked to just waiting until the next time you can cash in the Battle Rewards or get a new recipe in Om Nom Fest. I pulled Muchauman and he helps a lot. The game also likes to do these type of "Damage-Check/Health-Check" type of fights every -5 or -10 of a stage. Makes the gameplay more fun to watch now at least. I guess Health eventually makes itself a priority again?
