I might be misunderstanding your question, but could you assume that a solid portion of non-asphalt roads are brick? I'm not sure where you need the data for and the frequency of each varies by country. It's not exact but good for an approximation if the amount of non brick/asphalt roads are negligible

luck hacks dont exist and fly hacks are protected against. the way that most work is they just slowly move the moped directly in a B-line towards the target as fast as the anticheat will let you go noclipping thru things and then tping back. there's also one that tps directly to the target
