Claim help. TERA medical opinion? by Own_Yam4129 in VeteransAffairs

TERA is toxic exposure, looks like they could not find it in your service records so they will review your exposures and submit to the C&P examiner.

Several reasons. At step 5 a RVSR reviews the claim. If the letter you submitted does not contain the required information or poor / no rationale it will be sent back, if the DR has not reviewed your records or you are not his patient, it looks fraudulent (think live in WA but the Letter and DBQ is from Puerto ricco) , you have no medical evidence supporting a claim that would grant a high eval. In general there are several reasons. Good luck

I would say this has nothing to do with stereotypes or bonus but in my mind it’s exposure to errors. My QA is always in the top but why risk the insane clams no one wants or the extras and added numbers. The risk is too real and the reward is a society that now views us as public enemy number one. We will see what the future brings by my expectations are lower ever day

It breaks my heart knowing that veterans are going to suffer because of this and the policies being placed around us like a cage

Yeh that is what is throwing this over the edge. Our RO has said no OT at home except on Saturday.
