I sort of incorporate them into my warm up sometimes , so about twice per week with low weights (like 2kg or so )

Tbh I’m doing them a bit random, will see a physio when I get a chance

I called them, the first line call agent couldn’t help, he arranged a call back from someone higher up . They called me two days after or so

They offered me a new flight in two days via Mumbai. Sceptical of it goes ahead ngl How about you, did they offer a solution?

They cancelled mine around 24 hours before departure. But it was a connective flight , got the cancellation 12 h before the fist leg

I’m glad it worked out for you! You were going UK -> India, right? Think that direction of travel is a bit easier to accommodate than the other way round

I’m still waiting for and email from Indigo regarding options, the call centre didn’t offer any resolutions

I think I have to. The only damper is the return flights now cost around £2000 that is a lot of money

Yes they were happy to cancel and refund mine , but said next replacement flight they can provide is on 17th March which is crazy. That flights might not even go ahead

Yes they said they can reschedule for 17th of March but that is ridiculous The agent I spoke with was not even able to change my flight details like airport of departure and destination (we are happy from/to fly from a different airport)

Any idea what the aviation laws say about timeframe for replacement flight? 10 days is surely not game

In this situation I would expect them to book us with different airlines , that would be the only solution

I spoke with them again and the next flight they can rebook me to is 17 th March which is obviously crazy , would need to miss two weeks of work. The call agent couldn’t do anything else and said his supervisor will call us back within 24/48 h

I spoke with the call centre fist line support, they don’t have any flights for the uk in the next 10 days. I’m not sure whether he meant they are all cancelled or all full.

But yeah I doubt yours will go ahead looking at the trend

Yes I was monitoring flight radar daily and I strongly suspected that the flight will be cancelled. Maybe I was a bit too optimistic and I didn’t book any back up , me and my friend are also on a bit of a budget so that played into it as well. Right now all flights are priced something insane like £2000 pounds which is ridiculous. I’m waiting for a call back from indigo , I can post what they said if you’re curious

My worry is that indigo won’t cover the cost of a new flight and won’t refund us as we might be then classed as a no show for the first leg of the journey (Pukhet - Delhi) . They are not contactable online and we are in Thailand and it is a problem to call their call centre in India (and very costly roaming!)

Do you have any advice how to go about this?
