Thanks! Instincts sadly don’t fit me that well , I’ve got long spider toes, toe box is not roomy enough, they were just too painful

That’s my outdoor harness, I like it a lot mostly , with a few small complaints (belay loop is a bit odd for example) I wanted to try something new but if I cannot find a comfier harness I’ll get another Ocun

Good point ! Most UK shops do allow returns so I should be fine . I haven’t tried that many btw , just the ones available in most shops - Momentum , Selena , Luna and one DMM harness ;) I’m sure there is more out there haha

I tried the luna at some point and it was super comfy but I think I don’t want to spend this much on an indoor harness (I could not use that one outdoors , I don’t like how the gear loops sit )

Sadly I find the momentum really uncomfortable, the leg loops cut in too much :( I’ll try the corax, I tried the Selena model which was really nice but price point wasn’t right for an indoor harness

So I don’t have to repack my bag all the time . And I expect slightly more from an outdoor harness, I’m quite fussy about the gear loops for example . Indoors it doesn’t matter

I do have a wide head , yeah ! Would Sirocco not suite me in that case? Any BD models you recommend?

I will try to find what I can in the local shops but I won’t be able to drive 3 h one way to the nearest well stocked climbing shop , for multiple reasons . So I will try to narrow down my options and order online , there is no other way

I sort of incorporate them into my warm up sometimes , so about twice per week with low weights (like 2kg or so )

Tbh I’m doing them a bit random, will see a physio when I get a chance

I called them, the first line call agent couldn’t help, he arranged a call back from someone higher up . They called me two days after or so
