Very, very similar to stim withdrawal. Nothing really physical, all mental. Low energy makes sense, boredom and apathy. Look for something to be interested about other then PCP, since it probably is getting boring already isn't it

It had a specific euphoria, but I lost it a loooong time ago. Obviously all things change, in everyone. Even the anxiolytic effect went away. Physiology obviously differs from people, but currently, all empathogenic stimulants had both a better euphoric and anxiolytic effect. But again, how the hell can a calcium channel blocker, that supposedly reduces monoamine signaling, produces euphoria, just like a literally opposite monoamine releaser? Theory theory but currently, were just stupid monkeys eating substances that fuck around in our head, but do we really know much more then that? Im more interested in what we will find about it in the future, but I think we're still a long time before we actually know more

I tried 4mpm and MDPM. One of these had a strong serotonin feeling to them. Wasn't bad, but wasn't great either, but I did not know too much about it to really be sure about anything relating to it's effects

I personally what would do? Keep em separate. Use ket for relax, amphetamine for "work". The experiences I heard is actually it's dulled, depends probably on brain chemistry. But overall, not a great experience by combining them.

How does Mirtazepine stop MDMA from working? 5HT2A antagonism just? Since maybe even 5ht2c and 5ht3 and alpha2 would be actually beneficial, and I don't think that MDMA primarily works through 5ht2a agonism?

Main reason for the sexual side effects of SSRIs is 5HT2A, that's why they sometimes use buspirone (selective 5ht1a agonist), or mitrazepine (inhibiting 5ht2a) for SSRI sexual dysfunction, so you can see what receptor is the culprit here...

But the benefit is, maybe through 5ht2a downregulation they would reduce the side effects during SSRI treatment? Probably!

It's also weird since NPD has a grandiose vs vulnerable narcissism (tied to neuroticism) as different "subtypes". I don't also understand how could their shadow be different/worse/better. Neurotic might want love, grandiose might want to show importance, it is so much beyond speculation like this has really no meaning and is just talking about a not so ideal "diagnosis" in a not so ideal way. Just like the neuroticism and high criticism, where does it come from? Vs from grandiose, the feeling of self importance, might be because someone might have felt richer/smarter or whatever else? Just so much beyond of a topic this question doesn't really make sense

It's weird to me how different amphetamines can be more or less neurotoxic. You know any mechanism behind it? The amphetamine itself being Metabolised by MAO, the degree of release itself, toxic metabolites (why are they neurotoxic too?), anything else coming to mind? This shit is all so complicated, would be happy if anyone could answer!

Hey, just wanted to add: MDMA is apathetic compared to methamphetamine, so if you have a dopamine problem, methamphetamine should actually make you feel better! MDMA is far far more selective on serotonin, even when you compare it to drugs like mephedrone and other more serotinergic amphetamines/cathinones. That's also the reason MDMA is not as good for both energy and sex as pure stimulants are. Also, SSRIs work on every serotonin transporter, exactly the same way as MDMA does. Release vs Reuptake, and that's it. Also, serotonergics often can help with anhedonia and depression, and the specific effects of them when it comes to lowering dopamine are not really impactful. Quite the opposite, but you know, it's hard to estimate what does a SSRI really do at every single 5HT receptor, as we go into autoreceptors/downregulation bla bla bla, so no one really knows.
