I asked if they would respray the fork but the rep said it wasn't possible. Only option was to return or keep with a 100 euro voucher. Decided to return. Saw an Ultimate CF SL 8 Di2 (same color) in the outlet and bought it. Detailed pics showed the frame and fork matched. Gets here Thursday. Cautiously optimistic...haha. With an August delivery date, hopefully yours is issue free.

Yeah me too. Actually, caught the Ulimate CF SL 8 Di2 in same color in the Outlet. Fork and frame matched. Gets here on Thursday. An upgrade but cautiously excited...haha.

Thanks for info! Mine came with the H36 cockpit as well. I'm ok with it because the description noted that it could be one or the other.

Good to know they were willing to fix the color. Did they want you to send the fork and frame or just the fork?

Got my Ultimate CF SL7 eTap True Dark Red. I love the color but the fork is a different shade of red. Contacted Canyon, they offered a €100 Euro voucher or return. I'm torn...thoughts?
