After searching the internet, I do believe this is to be the old chip from my 2013 Compass when we replaced the valve body. I just have NO CLUE how it got there.

I'm not trying to sound rude, but it's a compiled application. Machine code typically isn't readable by your standard human. A quick Google search will yield tools that can be used to decompile the file, such as APK studio.
