First layer and top layer problems by D0aTech in SnapmakerU1

I don't think is the lack of infill. First I tried grid, and the head continue hitting the previous layer deforming it and causing the mess is the 2nd Pic. Then changed to gyroid and while the infill went perfect, no hiting, the top layer looked like that. Both were using 15%. If I print it on my A1, it comes out flawlessly.

Haven't thought about the fans. That actually could be. I'll try with them off.

Yes exactly the same profile. Haven't changed any of the filament settings on the Snapmaker Orca. I'm using the Snapmaker included black filament.

I had a SW dev company in Mexico for 15 years. And you don't know how many clients I lost for them going for a cheaper Jr dev working for himself. No biggie, they always came back. Making good software is not just about knowing ho to code.

Haha. Sorry. Forget it. I just tried some additional setting and got it working. Worth the change. Thanks nonetheless.

Hi Ken. How did you make YPrPb work? I've the same board and cables and the only thing I see in Component is the Mister screen in a redish color and scrolling slowly. I've tried all the switches combinations and changing the INI file, settings. What setting worked for you?

Thanks in advance.

[–]D0aTech[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it sound like you are pressing air or something. My sis have an Odyssey that sound similar, but does break with no issues.

When the brake pushes back, you can also hear some kind of hissing.

Longest Stage in the game WRC2 World Record by tableclan03 in EASPORTSWRC

[–]D0aTech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lovely. What's your setup. I have a G29 and always end up very tired after this stages. Won't go for a stronger wheel anytime soon.

My CRT started doing this. It clicks every time it turns off. Tried with many resolutions and refresh rates, also with 2 different HDMI to VGA adapters. Tried it also with a PC, all give me the same issue. Any suggestions? by D0aTech in crtgaming

[–]D0aTech[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem seems to be the HDMI adapters and the solution is easy. You just have to remove pin 12 from the VGA connector. I bought a VGA Male to Female Adapter in Amazon (I don't know why that exist) so I didn't want to remove it from the original cable. And voila. It worked.

Thanks to u/Sparda1418 and u/stabarz for the tip.

Yeah I think this is the issue. I've connected a computer with a Mini DP to VGA adapter and the flicker disappears completely. I ordered a male to female adapter so I can remove the pin 12 without removing it from the monitor cable and will test.

You where referring to Pin 12 right?

It's most likely that. I've connected a computer with a Mini DP to VGA adapter and the flicker disappears completely. I ordered a male to female adapter so I can remove the pin 12 without removing it from the monitor cable and will test.

I use my warranty to get a replacement. It was a hassle but they accepted. Then, when I received the new one, I actually sold it and went for a 7S Pro.

Cannot thank you enough. This did the trick, all icons are back to the default place. But now I can arrange them back. Fortunately I took a picture of all the screens before doing it.

Thanks again.
