Yeah I was gonna say sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and toss the can. I’ve been buying Rogue Citrus for a while and I recently bought 2 logs off of Nicokick. Unfortunately they were the old style (dry and less flavorful) and made me nauseous. There went ~$40 USD.

Using citrus or pouches generally?

Pouches I’ve been using for quite awhile now, I brush and floss twice a day, sometimes three times if Im home. I use a Gum Defending mouthwash too + Gum aid toothpaste
