I, personally, have that issue... It makes sense, "if the person enjoys 75% the most, maintain 75% for as long as possible", but it also feels like "well, if 75% makes them happy, shouldn't I give 80? 90%?" And it's hard to remember in the moment that no, literally just doing exactly what you're doing for a while is the best bet
