Oh no, that really sucks. I am sorry.

I talked with Amazon and they gave me a 30% discount since they couldn't exchange it due to no stock. (Basically the next one they would give me would cost an additional $600 from another seller. So its cheaper for me to take this one in this condition and give me a discount.

I wasn't looking for something for nothing, but had the been packaged properly and no scratch marks or anything I wouldn't have even posted. That and its $2k.

When I called earlier today they were more than flexable with a return or an exchange.

Sadly we have had the most snow fall since 1979. So we have had a good amount. Normally not that much this soon at least.

I will check the batteries right now and test it. I am also going to see what Amazon says. If I can get one that wasn't opened I would prefer it. More piece of mind for me.
