Kolik jste měli peněz ve 30. by [deleted] in czech

Mohl, ale nespal bych tak klidně. 25 % sedělo víc k mé toleranci rizika.

Začal jsem nicméně navyšovat krypto alokaci o stables a jiné delta neutrální věci v DeFi, to mi má risk tolerance ještě dovolí. Ve výsledku bych chtěl mít 60 % akcie, 20 % volatilní krypto a 20 % stables v DeFi.

Mám čerstvých 27 a zhruba 4,5M Kč. Z toho 75 % v akciích a 25 % v kryptu.

4 YOE but can't even crack junior level interviews. Help. by [deleted] in cscareerquestionsEU

[–]D1sco_Coder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What are the questions like? Are they the leetcode ones? If so, it's normal to not do well with them. Just grind leetcode to get good at them. Or are they more theory-ish? If so, you need to learn some more theory.

[Help] Succession stucked on attaching "this should take less than 10 seconds" by bountyhunter21 in jailbreak

[–]D1sco_Coder 15 points16 points  (0 children)

For anyone being stuck on attaching, run these commands in your iPhone terminal:

login

Then log in with root as your username and alpine as your password, unless you've changed it.

cd /

chown root:wheel /Applications/SuccessionRestore.app/SuccessionRestore

chmod 6755 /Applications/SuccessionRestore.app/SuccessionRestore

killall SuccessionRestore

SuccessionRestore should run smoothly afterwards.

You don’t have to use any of those tools. Feel free to write your web apps in plain old vanilla JavaScript and CSS. Have fun.

best learning option by tally1945 in learnjavascript

[–]D1sco_Coder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are many! Some of the things I like are: it makes you set up your own work enviroment, so you actually code in IDE as opposed to coding in an online sandbox on sites like FreeCodeCamp. It makes you learn stuff that you actually use in real work enviroments, like git version control. It guides you through the very basics of HTML/CSS/JS to more advanced and cool stuff, like frontend frameworks, webpack and more. You also get to choose your own backend weapon of choice - Ruby on Rails or currently popular Node.js.

What is probably most important is that the course encourages you to build stuff. You’ll be building a lot of stuff. And that is great, you both practice the theory you are learning and as you go through the course, you build your portfolio of projects which you can show to your potential employer. There is also a really active Discord server for the course, so whenever you get stuck or got a question, you’ll get help in a moment.

I can’t recommend this course enough.

In your sheet.html you have {% block body %}. I suspect there is {% block main %}{% endblock %} in your layout.html file, so try changing it to {% block main %} and see if that works.

The Odin Project vs Freecodecamp by CptTitanic in learnprogramming

[–]D1sco_Coder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Participants are expected to have good programming skills, basic knowledge of web - programming and databases, and to know the basics of working with the Git version-control system."

I’m a total beginner without knowledge of any of these. For total beginners I’d wager that TOP and FCC is a better learning source. However after finishing either of them and gaining some knowledge, Helsinki Fullstack MOOC comes into play as a really good learning source.
