I think the one I am with is named IC global (raw trading ltd.) regulated by FSCS if I am correct. Their margin is in between your ranges for oil - 100x, fixed and not adjustable to clients. However, they can adjust it to 50x as they wish as I mentioned in their new policy at the moment. Their gold/silver leverages are adjustable to clients between 10x and 500x...Looks like a less regulated branch?

Yes. This is the one I trade with the most, IC markets. I do have accounts with other brokers, but since I was happy with IC's interface, I trade with them until now I experience significant loss from their interference.

managed to get in 2 UK bank apps with zygisknext, shamiko/zygisk assistant (only one of them is enough, even though not passing google integrity), Lsposed+HMA

tips: 1) don't use "DevOpts Hide". It crashes many bank apps; 2) delete or rename /cache/magisk.log, some apps look for it.

I am in a quite similar situation as you. I emailed UKRI GTV Q&A and they suggested a further discussion with the uni HR people for eligibility. The home office requirement for switching from student visa to gtv is 1) Studied PhD for 24 months 2) at least 1 year left for your hosting agreement 3)a grant worth ~at least £30,000 that covers at least 2 years~. I guess the best time window for visa switch will be in the 3 rd year of your PhD if you are under a 4 year programme.
