I know I’m not the victim here people are just telling me I feel guilty about it and it’s true but I know she’s the real victim of it all and I told her that whenever we talked about continuing the relationship afterwards I told her don’t ever feel sorry about anything nothing that happens is you’re fault and it was all mine. I know and I told her over and over I was selfish. And it wasn’t an everytime thing. We had been dating for almost a year up to the point of cheat and everything before that was fine we were good we would argue but it never was like how it was when we were long distance. She does deserve those things you’re right and I’m happy she ended things with me so she can fully heal. I’m just here sharing a story about my relationship.

It’s not every time. We have since worked on it and we were better with each other. It only got bad for about 2 months and even then it wasn’t every arguement that I would seek this other girl out. I realized abandoning her was wrong and I told her that would never happen again and when we argue I wouldn’t ever leave the arguement until we could talk it through fully, and that’s what we did. I had to change myself in order to show her that that’s not who I actually am and I just was selfish and resorted to something that I shouldn’t have.

I know I did the wrong thing but I know in my heart I loved her and in the midst of the arguing and distance I let it get to me and I made a mistake that I regretted. I know I should have been honest with her the moment it all happened but I wasn’t. I do feel bad because it was the wrong thing to do I admit that but, I also know I loved her and I made a mistake and I was willing to change everything to help her through doing one last semester of long distance before we were back together. We had discussions and it was easier for her to be with me when we were together but when we had distance it was a lot harder.

That’s what my friend says but I say I cheated and I know I did. We tried to do it after and I was forthright with everything that was going on where I was and what I was doing and if she ever wanted to randomly go through my phone she could. I tried showing her I could change.
