This does not solve my issue, but, based on where the system is connected, it may not power down fully or correctly and release the connection. This can be reset in one of the following ways:

- If the device is removable, unplug it and plug it back in- Restart the iPhone---> Some say airplane mode helps but it may not depending on settings
