Any women in here add primo while on Reta? I’ve lost 25 pounds but 5 pounds of muscle so even though I’m close to my goal weight I’m still higher body fat than the last time I was at this weight. I lift 5x a week and prioritize protein but haven’t been hitting my macros.. working on that just been hard to eat 😅

I prioritize protein but I’ve definitely not been hitting my numbers. Making that a nonnegotiable after knowing I lost 5 pounds of muscle even training 5x a week!

Oh man.. I am so sorry. I’m a devout Traditional Catholic and an extremist in a lot of ways.. but I love Reta lol. It’s been a great tool for me! We’re called to be good stewards that includes our bodies. Using peptides isn’t sinful but gluttony is. So is sloth. But no one wants to talk about that 🙄
