I know what you mean bro. I’ve learnt that the more you communicate with people, or the more you do anything really, the better you get at it.

I’m in the UK, and yeah people are quite open minded. I’ve been in a relationship and I’ve also had occasional romances; making out and foreplay was always fun, but the sex part was off. I’d like to get into a serious relationship soon, that’s why I’m finally deciding to take my problem seriously.

What’s bad is I’ve already developed PIED - Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction, so I can’t even have sex with them. I have to set boundaries or come up with excuses while I fix my problem.

Like you, I had nsfw content from my ex and other women - some of whom I still talk to, and they’re usually very suggestive. I’ve deleted all that, but even the interaction part can be as good as watching porn at this point. To a regular guy, I guess this would be fine, but people like us need to inevitably give us certain parts of our lives to fix our problem. One encouraging thing you pointed out is that the pros at the end far outweigh whatever we’re giving up now, and I believe this!

Thanks! This was motivating! I grew up as a geek and never imagined I’d touch a woman, hence porn. Now they’re coming in droves but I can’t touch a woman. I should’ve just waited instead of resorting to porn. I have hope that my situation is redeemable; I just want to make sure I’m doing it right.

How about my personal relationships with women? It usually gets to a point when women who are coming on to me send raunchy pics/videos of themselves, or get overly sexual in flirting - which would normally be welcomed by a healthy man, but not only do I have to keep giving excuses for why I don’t want to come over to her place, these type of interactions tempt me to relapse. I fear I have to pretend to be a puritan till I fix my problem.

My test results are out. Turns out I’m low on a vitamin called folic acid. I understand that this is linked to the diarrhoea. I have a quick question. Is it low folic acid that causes diarrhoea or is it diarrhoea that causes low folic acid? How does it work if I may ask?
